Estiazo comes from the Greek word “εστιάζω,” meaning “to focus.” By focusing, we prioritize and direct our time and mind toward a clear goal. Our philosophy emphasizes self-knowledge and mindfulness, helping clients apply this mindful approach in all aspects of life.

Artemisia Megalou has earned a certification in the use of the "Ariadne" psychometric tool, highlighting her expertise in career assessment and guidance.

Artemisia Megalou

I’m Artemisia Megalou. My journey began with a degree in History and Archaeology at the Athens School of Philosophy, where I combined my love for the humanities with work in non-profits. Inspired by a strong interest in archaeology, medicine, and education, I turned to coaching in 2020 to help others shape their professional lives. Today, with a Master’s in Career Guidance and Counselling, I empower people to realize their potential and create fulfilling career paths.

Estiazo is located in the heart of Athens, in the neighboring area of Kallithea, just a short walk from the Kallithea ISAP station. Sessions are offered both in person and online via Zoom for your convenience.
